This project was won through a small competition set by a developer in the North of Cape Town. The brief was to create two 8000m2 “Sable Park (Discovery HQ)”

City Park is a redevelopment of an old 1960s hospital in the centre of Cape Town’s old heritage quarter. A group of developers purchased a “City Park Complex”

Kingstower as we called it, was my first “real-life” high-rise project. This project is located in the affluent Lagos neighbourhood of Ikoyi. The building was “Kingsway Tower”

After purchasing an old building on a narrow L-shaped site, our client asked us to develop a striking boutique hotel in Cape Town’s affluent Atlantic “Rose Street Boutique Hotel”

The Longcheer project in Shenzen, China was a great experience, as it was my first experience designing a hotel and more importantly everything was in “Longcheer Yacht Club”

I led the design for a high pressure bid to site and house Amazon’s regional campus, with a conglomerate of two of the Cape Town’s “Amazon Regional Campus”

This was a conceptual design proposal that was done as part of a masterplan in conjunction with a team of urban designers that had prepared “North Johannesburg Tower”
